Steps to place an order:
1: Email us with what you would like to order. Please title you emails "Horseshoes N' Diamonds".
Include in your email :
*Your Name, First & Last
*Shipping Address: FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to
P.O. Boxes, please include your full street address.
*Email Address
* Your Order: Please do not include options like colors,
patterns, ect. Only the ITEMS you are ordering and any options that add extra charges.
2: Within 24 hours we will email you with an invoice that
will include your total price for your order.
3: Please print out your invoice. Also please print out a "Custom Tack Option Form" or a "Horseshoe Ironwork Form" depending on what you have ordered. This is where you will fill in the option for your order.
(Please print out one "Custom Tack Option Form" for each custom tack item ordered, this ensures there are no mix ups with your tack)
4: Mail all forms together to:

5: We will email the day we receive your payment, and again when your order has been shipped, along with the package tracking number.
